My car failed its wof for something they have passed every single time before. Told get it fixed and come round the back and we will quickly check it. I turn up only to be told 3 different stories and I had to wait in the long line again for a 30 sec check! Wouldnt have minded if I had known that instead wasting time waiting for them to figure out their hand from their backside.
