My car was at vtnz Dunedin for 5 hours to get a cof inspection from 8.45 am..i called from 11.30 on to see if it had been done but the phone wasn't answered, one call I stayed on the line for 2 minutes it was not engaged,it rang.so I tried another phone and it was answered, so they weren't answering My phone.Turns out that
my car had been checked and was ready for pick up..but " they must have forgotten to call you'.It was deliberate.Im pleased I don't get breakdown insurance because I was going to today.will be going elsewhere next cof.
