A good example of a large organisation that cant sort the business into a customer friendly (and efficient) business model. I used to try and support VTNZ but they are so over priced. On top of that, you cant just arrive for a WOF otherwise you join a queue. And that Q can be two hours long easily. If you run a business and your staff take vehicles of WOF issue, check the market because you wouldn't want to go to VTNZ. A nightmare.....
