Failed my WOF but when I took it to another mechanic to repair they passed it and found no fault. VTNZ charged $85. The new mechanic charged $65. Total Cost$150 for WOF. VTNZ Tauranga refused to apologise or refund.This is the last time I use VTNZ and I will warn others too to save the stress and their wallets.
