System is horrible! We fall in line a.long queue(40 minutes) to change the date of theory exam to find out i need to fill in another form then go to back to the line again! Very inconvenient why does it requires ti fill in another form fall in line - again another 1 hour wait .. instead of changing it straight away to the system as long as the person carry valid ID. All the information of the person is all in the system anyway when originally booked
The worst system of all. Has to be upgraded sucked!!!! ...we're in 21st century not in 18th century !!!!
