I originally bought 7 sets of dumbbells. I looked around at several brands and these met all of my criteria including the handle size I want. The feel and look of them made me extremely satisfied. So for about 7 months or so I waited for more to come in stock to fill the gap with what I already had. Finally I was able to put in a pre order. Before they arrived I was sent an email saying that the writing on them was white instead of the grey like they are supposed to be and asked if I still wanted them, but they would still be the same price. Even though I’m pretty particular and don’t want a mismatching set, I’ve been waiting months so I agreed to accept them. Upon receiving them I noticed that my set of 55 and 85 had 34mm handles instead of 32mm like they are supposed to be, per their advertisement. The handle size was one of my main reasons why I bought them and my 65-75 are 32mm so now I have random mismatched sizes and it’s extremely annoying. In closing, a accepted a different color, NOT different handle sizes. Also the actual text is different size and spacing. So why would a company want to sacrifice their product quality, reputation and customer satisfaction and offer the customer an inferior product for the same price? To me it seems like profit was more important to them.
