“I am pleased with items that I have recieved so far. I have not had a good experience with the communication regarding shipping and delivery of the items. For the first delivery, I was given only a 30 minute notice of items being delivered. I did not recieve any email communication regarding the delivery, only a phone call from the courier as they were on the way to drop off. I did not want to leave the delivery out to be potentially rained on, so I had to rush over to recieve the items. I was missing a set of 1.5 kg change plates, those were fulfilled many weeks after the first delivery. I am still awaiting delivery on the 10 kg plates, which were backordered and have extended past the original estimate of when they would be fulfilled. My order shows as "shipped" for all items on the website, but it is unclear when I will be recieving the last of my items.”

“I only own the spotter arms, I can say it’s sturdy built, quality material, Vulcan Strength delivers heavy-duty, budget-friendlier alternatives to premium legacy brands, making them appealing for home gym builders prioritizing heavy steel.”

“Customer service is kind of a nightmare. It is hit or miss. Every order i have made with Vulcan has presented some sort of problem that i had to contact them about. Response time varies and the results are usually not a good solution. I think i'll just shop elsewhere for now on. I tried. I really did, but this company is just too ridiculously unorganized.”

“The ball has a good amount of firmness without feeling overly hard, and it has held up well during repeated workouts. It’s a great addition to my home gym and gives me plenty of options for strength, core, and conditioning exercises.”

“I am happy with my purchase. The plates are exactly what I wanted and shipped faster than expected. My only complaint is that availability of the competition plates is very limited. I would like to complete my set but the 25kg and 10kg plates have not been available for a long time.”

“Again, the product quality seems fine, but I was not sent the right rack system and I cannot reach anyone at the company to remidy the situation. Therefore, I cannot recommend buying products from this company.”

“Vulcan is making commercial gym quality, at big box store prices. I have a 3x3 utility bench and a 3x3 GHD from Vulcan. Both are amazingly affordable and unbelievably well made for the price. They make great stuff, truly. Very pleased.”
