“I have purchased a number of products from Vulcan strength: Rubber coated weight plates, V-Task squat stand, and their competition bench. Also purchased a Vulcan elite barbell second hand. I feel like the quality of their products for the price is excellent. The “econ” squat stand is significantly more sturdy than a similar product I was using previously. Vulcan resolved an issue I had with an order in an acceptable timeframe. I plan to buy more things in the future. Would recommend.”

“I ordered a competition bench. Good price for the quality, free shipping, military discount which i appreciate. I did get a 12" pad instead of the 14" that i originally ordered, but Vulcan quickly responded and sent out a new 14" pad same day, free of charge. I also had an issue with assembly on my end, and they responded quickly to help me solve the problem.”

“Ordered my Vulcan Mass storage. Everything said it was in stock and ready, which was huge reason I ordered it. I immediately received and email confirming the wrong product. I’m then told my order is an entire month from even being produced. A month goes by, I reach out again and I am no told they THINK it will be shipped to them in two weeks. 6 weeks have gone by, I’m out $1500ish, still no storage rack and all they offered me was a $60 in store credit and $60 cash refund. Not happy, we’re a small business that depend products like this to improve our space. I gave it a 2/5 because they at least credited me the $60. Not satisfactory but I appreciate that a bit more than nothing I suppose.”

“Misleading and terrible customer service. I purchased a set of Olympic Cast Iron Machined Weight Plates and two of the 45lb plates they sent me have significant defects, pictures of which are attached. One of the plates has paint that is discolored and chipping away and the other looks like someone drilled holes in it. When I asked for the plates to be exchanged I was told they “look within normal appearance for cast iron machined plates.” None of the pictures on the website show the defects on the plates I received and there is no way anyone would buy something like this if given the chance to see it beforehand. Vulcan would not exchange the plates unless I paid for new ones to be shipped to me, and once I asked for a shipping label they stopped responding. Do not recommend.”

Hi James, Thank you for your review. Our customer service team has stated that there was no email received requesting the shipping labels. Upon our review of the tickets there is no request for the return labels received from you or reply after the last communication from the customer service team was sent. We will definitely have the return labels sent to you first thing tomorrow am or sooner!

“Ballistic Med Balls are as advertised—incredibly durable, well built, will stay grippy when used and dirty, hold their shape, and have the perfect bounce back. Not weird compression or soft/flat spots. Structurally sound, well made, and great grip and bounce. Good stuff.”

“The products themselves are fantastic. I ordered a pair of Alpha 35s, which arrived promptly… or at least one of them did. For whatever reason my second plate still hasn’t arrived and I don’t know why they would go in separate shipments. I tried calling customer service, but their phone number just says to email. I emailed and haven’t heard back in several days. Not great.”

“Honestly I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of equipment you get from Vulcan! I’ve slowly equipped my gym with rubberized dumbbells up to 85lbs, other than not being able to get the old Hexagon shaped ones, I couldn’t be happier. No shipping cost as well!”
