More than you are expecting! This thing is wild. It’s so overbuilt, if you want a statement gym the Kraaken impresses. If you have back pain sure you could use a scout but if you really want to go after the posterior chain this is the best option. Just please improve those instructions or have an option to have it pre-built for an extra charge. That said, once it’s up, there is nothing I’ve ever seen anywhere near like it. Reminds me of going into a gym as a kid and seeing a power rack for the first time. Highly recommended!
