Love the size of the handle, the size of the kettlebell is fine. But after 2 uses with the new kettlebell, the handle started rusting. If you want better quality pay more for another brand. This kettlebell will last, you just have to paint it and take care of it.

Hi Troy, The handles of the Absolute Ketlebell are Raw Steel as per the website. We do not use coatings on the handles as our kettlebell. To prevent rust and provide a hygienic surface, we would suggest wiping sweat and body oil from the kettlebell after use with any type of non chlorine wipe. If you have some surface oxidation on the kettlebell it is easy to remove with WD-40 and a nylon brush. Remove oil after cleaning of course. Additional Info:: Warranty: Vulcan Absolute Kettlebell warranty covers bending, breaking, or cracking of a kettlebell during normal use. Powder Coating will wear off with use and metal to metal contact. This is not a warranty issue. We will not replace kettlebells for powder coating chips or imperfections unless they inhibit the use of the equipment for training purposes. The handles of the Vulcan Absolute training kettlebells are not coated. The raw natural steel can have slight imperfections that lend to the uniqueness of each kettlebell.

Worst instructions I’ve ever had for a machine.

I ordered my Mass Storage System - 70" back in Dec 2022. I received the storage system in March 2023. The rack is built well, but I don't like the angle of the dumbbell racks. The dumbbells are difficult to get off the rack. I have another rack I bought from a different vendor and they are at an angle which makes them easy to take off and put back on. Rack looks good but not very functional for me.

Company got the order processed and shipped promptly. They seem to have decent products, just not this one.

Underwhelmed. Sold a CFF GHD to buy a REP GHD. REP GHD was out-of stock for months so I bought the Vulcan. I much prefer the CFF GHD and the REP. This thing is way heavy. Harder to move. One of the leg pads came with a big flat spot in it. Customer Service said it would go away. It did not. Makes ham raises and hi extensions painful. The length adjustment can't really be tightened so it jerks back and forth making tons of noise. An issue for me because one of my children sleeps in the bedroom above the garage gym and I work out very early in the AM. One of the adjustment knobs stripped out the first time i tightened it. Wish I kept my CFF GHD or waited for the Rep to be back in stock. Wish I could return it.

We recently purchased a weight tree from Vulcan. We have purchased several things from Vulcan in the past, and they have been the best quality. The weight tree we received arrived with paint chips from it in the bottom of the box as well as scratches around it. It was poorly packaged and the box was damaged when it arrived. When I contacted them we got an email saying a shipment had been sent to us. We received a can of spray paint that does not match the color or quality of the weight tree. Extremely disappointed in how this has been handled.

I received bumper plates with discolored lettering. Having these plates next to my other older Vulcan plates, with white lettering made them look defective or like a knock off. I received no return contact once I emailed the company for an exchange. Poor product control and poor customer service isn’t a good combo. Back to Rogue I go.

Overall I regret purchasing the V-OLY1 independent squat stands. These are not extra sturdy squat stands that give some protection via the spotter arms. Instead, the extra weight just makes them harder to move around, without improving their stability. And the spotter arms are both smaller and more fragile than they appear in the photos or the customer service reps indicate. Something things to note: --There are no assembly or care instructions in the box. You’re on your own putting it together. --Weight per stand is 50lbs, not 55lbs, as claimed on the product page. --The useful part of the spotter arms are 8” long, not 9”, as claimed by the customer service rep. --The service rep also claimed that the spotter arms are good to 450lbs, but I had a failed bench-press at 125lbs which slightly bent the cuffs of the two arms. I can’t imagine what failing with a heavier weight, or while squatting would do. --My third time using the stands, while I was adjusting the height, one of the posts slid all the way down and cracked the plastic cuff --The stands by themselves are surprisingly unstable. The upper posts pivot around the locking pin because the plastic cuffs have so much play in them. Much of the weight is in the vertical posts, rather than in the base. I use a set of 35lb dumbbells on the back “T” of each stand, and a set of 25lbs on the front “T”s, to help with the stability, but it adds to the hassle of using the stands. On the positive side, and the reason I'm giving two stars, is that the UDMH material on the arms and the post are nice and do a good job protecting the bar. In addition, they can be stored nested on each other, so the actual footprint is 24”x36” when stored. Ultimately, these squat stands are presented as a premium product but do not perform as such, and the customer service experience is a mess. I expected better from Vulcan.

Ordered a pair of 45 pound alpha bumpers and a long sleeve t shirt on 6/11/22. The bumpers are great and arrived in a reasonable time frame. Today is 6/25/22 but I still haven’t received the shirt. I contacted customer service and the person I spoke to was rude and not helpful. Maybe just stick with buying equipment and not apparel from Vulcan.

I've purchased Vulcan items in the past and have always been impressed by their quality. I recently ordered the Vulcan Incline/Decline Adjustable Bench v2.0, which I received on 06/07/22. The overall quality of the bench seemed very solid, in particular the steel portions. Unfortunately the second time I worked out on the bench (06/11/22), a seam on the upper pad split. I contacted Vulcan immediately and they refused to address it, saying they think I somehow "cut" the seam (?). Unlikely to be ordering from Vulcan again due to this issue.

I purchased a Vulcan Prime 3x3 competition flat bench press. Shipping was fast but a bolt housing stripped out of the bench seat when assembling. After 2 workouts, the cover is now ripped at the seam.

The bench is fine, seems about right for the price. Powder coating was chipped in several areas when it arrived and it has some rust formed on the interior of the tubes. Neither worry me seems like it goes hand in hand with gym equipment after a few days of use. The big issue I ran into is customer service. The handle has bolts that I have been unable to remove so that I can attach the handle to the bench. I called customer service on day one and the response was yeah we know about our issue. our supplier oversease tightend the round handle with an impact wrench. You should duct tape the round handle then put it in a vise and try to remove them that way- but if that doesnt work we will send you a new handle in a few day. So you know you have an issue but now I need to way a week and half? Anyways I moved on, till the handle arrived today with the handle and 1 bolt? Come on

Took almost a month to ship a barbell despite the fact that it was in stock, and the website said “most in stock orders shipped in 1-7 business days. Ordered on 11/26, received on 12/26, only 2 days in shipping. Packaging was good

I ordered the Vulcan three tier Dumbbell rack and when I took it out of the packaging I noticed several areas which the black coating was chipped and flaking off. I reached out to Vulcan several times and couldn't get them on the phone so had to send them an email with pics. They didn't call or email me back, but instead, just eventually shipped me a can of rustoleum spray paint. Total mickey mouse operation. I have several Rogue pieces of equipment that I recently purchased new and the difference in quality is shocking (Rogue way higher quality).

I purchased the rubber coated weight plates (390 lbs worth), 5-75lb rubber elite hex dumbbells, and two 3 tier dumbbell racks. 1. Weight Plates: Very nice, and really cool looking too, except one 45lb plate is defective as it has metal showing and cords hanging out of it which has not been replaced. 2. Dumbells: Very nice, comfy handles, best pair I've used every, except for one pair. One Dumbell has the weight badge on upside down on one end so they do not match end to end. A pair of 65lb dumbbells is $257, I think everyone would agree they should be perfect for that cost. This has not been replaced either. 3. Dumbbell Rack 3 Tier: Very nice, built solid. 4. Support: Terrible. Trying to contact Vulcan is impossible. I've opened a case, and I did not receive a reply. I've called to follow up, and the phone system ultimately hangs up on you. I was going to try to have Vulcan make good on these issues prior to doing the review but I have no confidence at all that they will ever attempt to contact me. I've opened support cases and made several phone calls.

I purchased the multi grip bar. The finishing on this item is sub par at best. When the bar was painted at the factory there were dust shards all over the bar and also on the knurled handles. These are sharp and will cut you. They can be filed off, but why should I have to do that. There’s also touch up marker lines in certain areas. They state via their email that everything is inspected prior to shipping, if that was the case this bar shouldn’t have shipped to a customer who paid full price. Getting in touch via phone is impossible. They drop your call after 2 minutes of hold time. Their online support takes days and are not very helpful. The only positive feedback that I have is that the item was packed well. I uploaded a photo that shows the shards under the paint and also the marker touch up.

I ordered 2 15lb, 2 5lb, and 2 2.5lb weights and received 4 5lb and 2 2.5lb weights instead. I was charged for the original order, what they sent was cheaper obviously. I have tried emailing them and calling many times only to be on hold and eventually hung up on. The product is top notch but the customer service is maybe the worst I have seen. Tim Kurstedt

Hi Tim, Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, you placed an order for our Black 15lb V-Lock Weight Training Rubber Discs, which is what we shipped you. I've provided the link below to the product page so you can reference that the 15lb V-Lock Sets consist of 1 pair of each weight variant (2.5 and 5lb). You placed an order for 2 of these sets. I hope that helps clarify things and you can always email us with any questions or concerns you may have!

I disagree with some company policies I had to deal with. I bought some additional plates from another company instead of repeating my business with Vulcan because of those policies.
