OK Vulcan...... Love your stuff, but, for me, you are creating disappointment in Vulcan for no reason. I have ordered from you 3 time and you have missed delivery each time. Now I know and understand that in the current climate, knowing exactly when things are coming in is an issue, again understandable and no issue. The problem begins when I receive an email saying my shipment has shipped, and check the tracking number 4 and five days later and it says UPS has not received, which means the product has obviously NOT shipped. People (me) get excited when we receive these "shipped" emails only to be unnecessarily disappointed. Please adjust your email message or system to accurately reflect what is happening.
