Just began to build a garage gym. Many mistakes may have been made in hindsight but definitely not with the Alpha Bumper Plates. I absolutely love these things. They have been in use for about 4 months now and my only regret was not getting a Vulcan bar to go with the set of weights I got.
As a bonus my son is getting to test them out for his first ever experience in weight lifting.
