I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far the bar seems to have nice whip and the plates have a deadening bounce which is nice for garage gym. One bang vs 3-4 bounces like some other plates. Though this does come with a louder drop. Only downside is that they don't include change plates (2.5-5lbs). These would be helpful addition.
