Vulcan Strength is refusing to pay for marketing services completed. I've contacted them numerous times but haven't heard anything back.
Given the number of poor customer service complaints, I'd hate to know how many people they've ripped off.
The return they received from the marketing far outweighed the costs of it.
Unbelievable for a company of this size.
