Product is good. Bumper plates came discolored. Customer service made excuses for this, rather than just apologize and exchange the plates when I contacted them. It was clear I was happy with it. That’s why I was reaching out. Why would excuses change that? In the end they did exchange them. However, now I had to find someone to print the packing slip, package them up in the trashed (through shipping) box and take them to a UPS store. I’m out my precious time and without a product I paid full price for. Because of their poor quality control. They should have sent me the new plates with the return packing slip inside. That way I’m less inconvenienced by their mistake. I still have not received the new plates and we are on day ten. We may be going through all this again if it’s not corrected this time around.
