The coated handle grips is almost like sticking to your hand like glue while using them which can be a big benefit for your hand grip not slipping off during use. Also in the colder months you will not get bare metal coldness feeling to your hands like other knurled metal handles. Overall happy with the purchase. The dumbbells arrived crated up and individually bubble wrapped and boxed up which really protected all dumbbells during transport. No issues unboxing, no marks, etc. Impressed for how they are shipped and arrived within a week after ordering. Also customer service was great when asking questions.
