The products themselves are fantastic. I ordered a pair of Alpha 35s, which arrived promptly… or at least one of them did. For whatever reason my second plate still hasn’t arrived and I don’t know why they would go in separate shipments. I tried calling customer service, but their phone number just says to email. I emailed and haven’t heard back in several days. Not great.
