The Vulcan GHD has all the features of most good GHDs and a couple more. The adjustment is much easier with the ankle pad setup sliding on bearing rails. Easy and quick.
I also like the adjustable attachments for bands, as we like to use bands rather than weights, especially for back extensions.
Great price for a great product.
