I bought this bar for my home gym because I decided it was time to upgrade from my cheap bar I'd been using the last couple years and this has been a fantastic upgrade. This bar is amazingly quiet and tight. You can drop it and it makes little to no noise. The spin is fantastic and the knurl is perfect for those who do all rep ranges. Enough knurl for heavy pulls but not so much that high rep work (20+) tears up your hands. Add all these to the fact that the bar is so competitively priced for its quality and that Vulcan has free shipping and it is, in my opinion, the best economy bar on the market and can compete with many bars far more expensive. Would give 6 stars if I could.
