I recently purchesed this bar for my garage gym. I mainly do crossfit and strength training for football. I have used it for about 2 weeks now, and it is performing great. The sleeve spin from the bearings is fantastic, much better than any bushing bar I've used. It will hold up great to any type of general training you throw at it, but if you're planning on doing any specific olympic lifting or powerlifting, go with a speciality bar. There is one complaint, but it is something that should be expected so I didn't dock any stars. The black zinc coating on the sleeves chips very easily, mine is almost silver now and I've used it less than 10 times. But it doesn't affect the performance of the bar at all. Overall, great barbell
