I've been impressed by the bar and bumper package, both for its value and quality.
I shopped packages for days and couldn't beat Vulcan's cost per lb shipped.
Unlike other bars I've used, the knurling is excellent and doesn't tear your hands up during a heavy lift. The bar also has just the right amount of whip, and the bumpers don't bounce back up to your ears when dropping from overhead.
Overall I think the package is hard to beat.
