I've been using my 20kg v3.0 elite training bar in my home gym for about two weeks now and have absolutely no complaints. I do mostly snatch, C&J, F/B squats, and overhead press variations. The spin is perfect for what I need. The Vulcan bar is the only bar I have in my home gym, but it's handled everything I've thrown at it so far: it has great spin for my olympic sets, but is stable enough for squats and presses.
The knurling is intermediate. It feels great and won't shred your calluses. There's a passive center knurl that's just enough to add a little friction for squats, but thankfully not enough to rip into your upper chest/neck during cleans, front squats, jerks, and overhead pressing.
TL;DR: This is a high quality, versatile bar at a great price.
