this is my first set of bumper plates, so I dont have a lot to go off of. they are not quite as soft as I expected so I still have plywood on my basement floor to disperse the shock when moving them quickly but so far so good. What I can say, is that customer service so far has been outstanding and shipping was fast, at least once the plates were in stock again. price was the best I could find for these bumpers. keep in mind that shipping is typically on a full sized semi, unless you specify to the carrier to use something smaller. no biggie, just have to pay attention when you order ANYTHING large or heavy from ANYONE.
