I ordered direct from Vulcan vs Wayfair this time and their service was amazing. I felt like I was important to them and I didn't have a huge order. Compare that to another unnamed competitor of crossfit equipment in Boston who lost my business for being consistently late and I am now a huge vulcan supporter.
