I received my Vulcan One bar in hard chrome shortly after they released it. It is an excellent bar with great knurling. I didn't think that it was very aggressive at first because it didn't eat up my hands like some. However, after a long workout, I realized that it was still grippy with sweaty hands. No chalk needed. I am very happy with my purchase!
