I have only had this bar for a couple of weeks, but so far it is great! If you have a junk, commercial bar and are looking to upgrade to a low-end, serious bar, this is an excellent choice from what I can tell. It does really spin, which, compared to the random old bar I was using, makes a huge difference in getting under a clean or snatch.
