I recently received excellent customer service on my order from Vulcan. There was a small mishap in packaging with my order and though it was on the weekend when I received my order, I sent an email and received a response in very short order. I was more than surprised to say the least. In a world where customer service has taken a backseat to profits, Vulcan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of.
