Received V3.0 Elite Bar and it had noticeable movement between bar and sleeve on one side more than the other side. Loaded with 50# bumper plates and dropped it made a very distinct noise that something wasn't right. But I contacted Vulcan Strength Support Dept. "Amanda" sent me a replacement bar with no hassle, in a few days I received a replacement that is 100%.. Quality Product + Quality Service..
