I bought the 500lb set of bumper plates. Honestly, i went with Vulcan mainly becuase of the price. This is for my garage and I don't need anything fancy. Not only that the shipment was extremely fast, shipped same day as ordered, but the plates themselves are great. They smell a little like rubber, which is ok, it airs out fast. I am very happy with this set so far. I don't see a reason to spend more money for fancier plates (unless maybe you are a professional). Thank you Vulcan.
