This is the second purchase I have made from Vulcan Strength Training Systems and I could not be happier. These plates are completely rubber and are very durable. They work great and not being metal they are not as loud when I drop the weight and do not move on the bar. The plates do show dirt pretty easy, but these are weightlifting plates that is bound to happen. Thanks again Vulcan Strength!
