My 260lbs set came promptly as mentioned in the order, each plates were in a box wrap in a foam sheet, low odor of rubber.
Tried each plates to see if they all fit the bar correctly and put the 45 to check the bounce. Smooth fitting and very low bounce. I recommend Vulcan bumper plates, best quality/price ratio.
