Awesome customer service -Amanda was great she answered all my question. I ordered the Vulcan Strength bumper plates (set with bar ) and I used them once so far and I can tell these will last for a long time. Customer Service 10/10 Product quality 10/10 Price 10/10 Overall experience (with Vulcan) 10/10 Only problems I had was with the shipping company (not part of Vulcan). They did not deliver my product on the day stated in the shipping info they provided. I had made arrangements for someone to be there to receive the shipment. I called them and they told me the shipment would be delivered the next day. I had to work a half day to assure I would be at the property to receive the shipment. The person I spoke to on the phone ask me I would be unloading the truck? I said yes I was. She then said if I would be able to carry off 305lbs in a pallet form of the truck since it would be an extra charge to use the lift gate!? I ask if I could just unwrap the pallet and unload it at which she said no! I felt like my shipment would being hold for ransom. Vulcan made me aware of the lift gate fee so I don’t blame them.
