I purchased a 230 lb bumper plates set and the Vulcan One bar. Everything shipped Fed Ex and only took five days from placing the order to receiving the shipment. The bumper plates are great quality (low bounce and noise when dropped on rubber mats). The bar is very nice as well. The knurling has that perfect balance of providing solid grip, but without destroying your hands and shins. The spin on the bar is also very nice for cleans and snatches. I will definitely be purchasing more plates in the future.
