Extremely happy so far in the product. The alpha bumpers are definitely quieter and less bouncy than plates I've used in the past.
My only complaint was on the logistical/customer service side of things. When I placed my order, I was not aware of any delay in shipping. I only became aware after going on the website to check on my order, no email notification from Vulcan. All said and done it was a 6.5 week process where some proactive communication and updates during the process would have been nice considering my credit card was charged immediately.
