Partial order shipped without any notification that some items were backordered,, so I was surprised to find a box with only some of the things I ordered. Regarding a different order, not very communicative regarding estimated ship times on a pretty expensive order for a set of Vulcan Alpha plates. Just some better customer service/communication would be greatly appreciated.
