Setup took 30min-1 hour. Basic tools needed. All bolts/nuts/washers were included, but even if you lose one, its standard stuff you can pickup at any hardware store. System and design is perfect for those who need a bumper storage rack. This is a worthwhile investment, especially for a garage gym. Very Happy with this purchase.
