The High Hex Trap Bar is a welcome addition to my strength and fitness program. I am 64 years old, so while wanting to lift heavy, I also need to reduce the chances of pulling out my back. The bar came well packaged, right to my door a couple of days after I made my order. I'm just getting back into lifting, this along with my Vulcan Alpha bumper set will be more than enough for the my goals. The bar I received weighs 48lbs.
