This is my first experience buying with VSTS and unfortunatley it has not gone well. I bought the 22 KG Absolute Competition Kettlebell and I received it in poor packaging, multiples chips of pain taken off it, and the front face scratched heavily down to the underlying metal. I contacted Vulcan customer support and was simply told they were not responsible for the cosmetic damage and that I could get some credit towards the purchase or file a claim against Fedex. I have bought heavier kettlebells from other companies that came packaged much more securely without incident. While the kettlebell does what it is supposed to, I can't rate it, or the experience any higher than a 3 star.
