"Lets just say the pictures of the Alpha Bumper plates do them no justice, they are way better in person. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their products thanks to Maggie in the customer service department. She really saved the day. Not only did she help fix my order so I saved some money but she resolved a shipping problem in under 3 days. When I received my first shipment it included an extra set of 15# plates and the barbell was not included in the shipment. One simple call and to Maggie and the barbell was in my garage a few days later. I am super excited about my new set up and will absolutely be purchasing from Vulcan Strength again.
