Got the B-Side stainless steel weightlifting barbell. Probably a total of a half inch in double tracked knurl. Don't even notice it in use and the rest of the barbell is immaculate. Feel great in the hand, the center kurl is beautiful. I really would call the overall knurl moderate rather than aggressive. As expected the sleeves are beautiful, the grooves look amazing and I can't wait to buy some comp plates to really see how well the plates hold on. Rotation is great, I'm not a super heavy hitter but the bar spun just as easily with 20lbs on it as it did with 200. Zero regrets on this purchase.
