I received part of the Vulcan alpha bumper plate order as promised. I have used the bumper plates for 3 weeks now. They are much quieter and have a very low bounce. I was previously using a steel set of weights of which I could not drop for obvious reasons. I am now much more confident in the weight I am lifting and I can hardly wait for the rest of my shipment to come in!
