Excellent Quality. Extremely heavy duty and durable equipment. The Flatfoot base 3x3 power rack is incredibly sturdy and doesn't need to be bolted down. Thing doesn't move at all. The Alpha bumper plates are a dream come true. I'll be using these plates, the Vulcan standard barbell and rack for years to come.
