We ordered a dumb bell set from Vulcan and didn’t receive the rack. Vulcan took time to look into it and see what happened to it. They saw the error and sent us new rack in a week. Amazing customer service :) Great products! Definitely will be using Vulcan for all of our weight products in the future:)
