Purchasing process was easy to complete on Cyber Monday. Encountered shipping/receiving issues, but Vulcan resolved the issues quickly. Recommend contacting Vulcan via email since it's hard to reach them via phone. Responded within 24 hours. Very happy with the products (power rack, bumper plates, and barbell). Power rack was easy to assemble with two people.
