I love these Alpha Bumper plates. They are low bounce and low noise. They seem durable. Shipping was very fast except for the 10 # plates. I have only been using them for about 3 weeks but so far they are as good as the reviews stated they would be. My only complaint is that I don’t have the money right now to buy more of them!
