Purchased 20 kg kettlebell and was pleased with both Vulcan's service as well as their product. I was contacted 7 times between purchase and delivery (mostly notification concerning my order and shipment but also requests for feedback) and feel like they were interested in my opinion. The kettlebell was shipped out the day after I ordered it and arrived in a reasonable amount of time (given it was shipped from North Carolina and I live in California) and w/o damage. Additionally, the product is top-notch; overall a really good experience.
