I had a wonderful experience ordering Alpha Bumper Plates and Change Plates from Vulcan Strength Training Systems. The ordering process was simple. However, I neglected to submit the proper info when placing the order, so I had to make contact with customer service to straighten that out. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, kind, and professional. Shipping was very fast. I look forward to doing business with Vulcan in the future.
