I am pleased with my purchase and the customer service. The products look and feel of good quality. I look forward to using them for years to come. The customer service was friendly and insightful when I called them as well. They really seem to take the customers interest in mind as well. I initially was inquiring about a more expensive barbell, but the service rep suggested a cheaper one that was more fitting to my needs. I am very pleased to have gone with the decision to go with Vulcan. The fact that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't necessarily need because it was more money was appreciated. I would have no hesitancy using them for future needs.
