I could not be happier with the Vulcan Alpha Bumper Plates and 20kg Olympic Training Bearing Bar. The bar feels of much higher quality than the price would have you believe. The spin is comparable to other high end bars I have used. The knurling is not too aggressive and not too dull - right in the middle. The Alpha bumper plates look amazing and I have had no issues with them. They fit on the bar perfectly and provide much more of a manageable bounce than any other rubber bumper plate I have used. You certainly get what you pay for with Vulcan Strength. A fine company I will be buying from again and recommending to any home gym outfitter like me.
