Unsurprisingly they are super busy. Despite that when I got through on the phone to they were helpful and took the time to answer my questions. My plates arrived last weekend and I couldn't be happier. Packaging was secure but not excessive. Noticeably lower bounce and thinner plates than competitors I've used.
